David has a strong leadership background in P&L management, sales, marketing, and operations – including domestic and international experience in industrial, commercial, healthcare, education, government, and institutional facility service markets.
He has a proven history of creating service offerings, driving double digit revenue growth, improving bottom line by acquiring/integrating bolt-on companies, and implementing innovative process improvements across the businesses he has managed.
During his successful 30-year tenure at Johnson Controls in Atlanta and Milwaukee, David held six leadership positions with progressive increased responsibilities including leading service operations and innovation for North America. Previously, he served as President – Service Division of Servidyne, Inc based in Los Angeles and Atlanta. As President, he co-wrote the business plan that was instrumental in selling the national HVAC/Chiller service business to Johnson Controls. He is an inspirational, purposeful leader who combines business and technical expertise to lead his teams to exceed their goals consistently.
David received his BSBA in finance from Auburn University and completed Executive Education courses in finance, mergers, acquisitions, analysis, planning & control at the University of Michigan, and Northwestern University.
Conrad has a strong background in engineering sales and sales management working with owners, engineers and contractors (installation and service) – in industrial, commercial, healthcare, education, government, and institutional markets. While in the Atlanta office of Trane for almost 45 years he led the successful pursuit of numerous multi-million-dollar projects in Georgia as well as across the US.
He is a multiple year winner of the annual Trane Top 10 club and Atlanta Distinguished Sales (DSA) Awards. He was one of the first Trane account managers to become LEED certified.
He is an engaging and strategic sales leader who possesses excellent HVAC systems knowledge and was known throughout the organization as a mentor and developer of technical sales professionals. Whether working with equipment or controls in new or existing buildings Conrad has the experience to determine the best approach to obtain a successful outcome.
Conrad is a 1978 graduate of Auburn University – BS Civil Engineering and 1979-II graduate of the Trane GTP (Graduate Training Program) in LaCrosse, WI.
